In this pivotal role, you will drive growth within our B2B business. You will build and nurture relationships with Interior Design professionals and Architects, enhancing revenue in this rapidly expanding market. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, managing relationships, achieving quotas, and upholding our brand's commitment to exceptional customer experiences. As the outside go-to representative for Scott Group Studio in the territory, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand and executing our growth strategy.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, designers, and purchasing influencers in the residential and commercial markets to promote SGS products and services.

  • Generate and hand off opportunities to Inside Sales or Customer Service based on the level of effort required.
  • Maintain an active calendar of appointments, averaging 30-40 presentations per month.
  • Continuously grow outreach through research, networking, lead follow-ups, and attending industry events to establish new designer relationships.
  • Nurture existing relationships through in-person presentations and client meetings.
  • Achieve budgeted sales goals by working within established strategic sales and marketing programs and processes.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to meet customer needs and create new opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, providing feedback to leadership to identify growth opportunities.
  • Schedule and document all sales activities in CRM.
  • Attend trade and customer events to support sales initiatives.Candidate Profile:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, design, or a related field preferred.
    • Five or more years of luxury B2B sales experience with a proven record of success.
    • Extensive network and experience within the Interior Design community.
    • Passionate about interior design, home furnishings, craftsmanship, and the arts.
    • Energetic, outgoing, client-driven, solution-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Strong skills in research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and persuasive communication.
    • Knowledge of luxury interiors, textiles, and design-related industries.Additional Details:
      • Frequent travel within the territory for meetings and presentations.
