Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reaffirmation Specialist to manage
borrower outreach for property retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workload from the Client management system, balancing a loan
portfolio from start to finish
Prepare and file reaffirmation agreements, ensuring document
accuracy and compliance with court requirements
Provide support to management and attorneys while maintaining
internal reporting to meet service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma
Bankruptcy or mortgage servicing experience preferred but not
required
Previous law firm experience preferred but not required
Proficiency in software tools, including Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Ability to adapt to changing legal and client requirements
