for a Forecast Supervisor to join the team!The Forecast Supervisor
will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire process
of worldwide sales forecasting, sales reporting, and demand plan
forecasting. This includes developing and implementing effective
forecasting methodologies, analyzing sales data to identify trends
and patterns, generating accurate sales reports, and creating
comprehensive demand plans that align with business objectives.This
is a critical position in a creative, fun, and driven work

office.Essential Job DescriptionLeads the forecast team to complete
the compilation and analysis of monthly revenue and demand
forecasts, both immediate and long term/budget, while maintining
specific levels of forecast accuracyPossesses and maintains an
understanding of the sales organizational structure, sales coverage
model and order-to-revenue/cash cycle as it is represented in the
transactional data within our various systems (SAP, Tableau,
Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.)Train and mentor team members on
understanding of the entire product lifecycle and how it impacts
forecasting, including regional differences, pricing changes,
promotions and competitor product impactEnsure all required
reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner and
summarized in the Forecast Analysis Packet, along with headlines
and risks, as neededOwnership in reporting will include but not be
limited to: KPIs, forecast accuracy reporting, budget and prior
forecast versus actuals, promotion analysis, customer P&Ls, NPI
and LTB forecasts, monthly,quarterly and annual standardized
reports, as well as ad hoc reportingLead team to identify
opportunities and risks in advance, analyzing sales trends,
summarizing findings and making recommendations for corrective
actions and next steps to managementEnsure accurate and timely
updates of all key forecast drivers, including channel sell-through
and inventory reportingTrains and develops the sales forecast team
following best practicesProactively drives continuous improvement
initiatives to streamline the forecast processMaintains positive
and collaborative relationships throughout the organizationProvides
ad hoc support as needed Experience/QualificationsWhat you Bring to
the tableRequired QualificationsFive or more years of
equivalent/related experience in an analytical role in Finance or
Sales OperationsExperience in a Manufacturing or Distribution
environment using a fully-integrated ERP system (SAP, Spiral as
examples)Workday Adaptive Planning and Tableau experience idealA
bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field, or equivalent
experienceStrong analytical capabilities, as well as proficient
Excel and data-modeling skills are required for this position
(including advanced Excel formulas and Pivot tables)Excellent
verbal and written communication skills applicable across all
levels within the organizationHighly-developed attention to detail
while maintaining ability to keep proper perspective on the level
of accuracy required for the respective projectUnderstanding of the
sales process and related activities that drive financial
performanceExperience working with International customers

candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the
