Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to support its
contracting processes across various programs.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and administer various contract types and
modifications
Liaise between organizational and programmatic stakeholders for
agreement on scopes of work and terms
Track and manage Consultant and Contractor commitments, ensuring
compliance with agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred;
experience considered in lieu of degree
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with contracts
Current or prior experience in a full-time contracting capacity is
required
High degree of digital fluency using cloud-based office tools and
financial/accounting software
Ability to thrive in an environment with competing priorities and
tight deadlines
