Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Expert responsible for
managing high-severity customer issues and ensuring resolution
activities are effectively coordinated.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and escalate resolution activities on high-severity
issues
Develop and maintain records related to service issues and track
their status
Act as a liaison between customers and internal groups to ensure
satisfaction and service quality
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and
prioritize work
Exemplary attendance record
Recognition of interpersonal skills required for dealing with
various stakeholders
