Job Description:

KDG Construction Consulting is seeking a BIM Administrator II to open and evaluate 3D models in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and ACC. The ideal candidate will administer the Autodesk BIM360 Design environment, administer the ACC project environment, verify model objects in the form of attribute data, and organize and administer general files.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintaining digital library of BIM models on ACC or another platform.
• Implementing new BIM tools, selecting innovative solutions for automating repetitive tasks, or introducing new plug-ins for existing programs.
• Ensuring BIM models remain up to date throughout the course of a project.
• Verifying that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete.
• Participating in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process.
• Reviewing and commenting on BIM submittals.Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • CM-BIM (Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PM/CM functions in construction projects.
  • One year of experience working with BIM related processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, BIM 360 Design, Navisworks, ACC, O365 SharePoint, and Microsoft Office products.Anticipated Salary Range: $99,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year.About KDG: KDG Construction Consulting is a leading provider of program, project, and construction management services.
