Job Description:
Urth Caffe is a restaurant/caf-- that values teamwork and
friendly people.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commissary
Production Manager to oversee our culinary & baking operations. The
Commissary Production Manager is one of the leadership positions at
the Commissary and must have a passion to produce high quality
products consistently. This person demonstrates strong leadership
qualities with attention to detail in elevating and sustaining
culinary and baked goods. This role is accountable for the quality
and consistency of all products produced from scratch daily. This
position will report to the Commissary General Manager.
