Job Description:
Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting to fill
a Healthcare Administrator position in the San Fernando Valley.
This is contract opportunity with a great company! The Healthcare
Administrator will be responsible for assisting with organizing and
updating patient information as well as demonstrating high level
customer service while interacting with patient?s families. If you

Responsibilities for this Healthcare Administrator role
include:
- Majority of the role will consist of heavy data entry of child
health status, progress notes and other information as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Monitors student medical status and health requirements utilizing
internal data tracking system. - Shall perform chart reviews to
ensure complete and accurate health education and documentation, in
accordance with established policies and procedures or as
instructed by Health Manager.
- Assists families, children and staff in the utilization of health
and/or health education services. Assesses individual needs,
consults, and recommends resources and referrals.
- Maintains and recommends updates of all multi-media health
information resources, including inventory, ordering and database
management of materials.
- Develops and maintains communication with various community
partners, professional, and governmental organizations that provide
services to the community residents and program participants to
promote positive health outcomes.
Qualifications for this Healthcare Admin role:
- 2 years medical billing or medical back office experience
- Min 3 years administrative experience
- Must have strong data entry abilities with high accuracy
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- AA degree preferred
- High level customer service abilities
- Understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Must be flexible to assist and/or take on additional duties
Pay for this position is $11-12/hr DOE. This is a long term
contract opportunity.
