Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (SMB) to
support small and medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for SMB customers, focusing on
onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention
Define and optimize engagement strategies and develop critical
assets to support customer interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall
customer experience
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer
success, account management, or sales for a SaaS solution
Experience managing a portfolio of 250+ accounts is a bonus
Familiarity with tools and approaches used to deliver customer
success at scale
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Passion for technology and ability to quickly learn new SaaS
software applications
