Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payer Relations Manager to manage
payer relationships and revenue cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with payers to ensure compliance with policies
and procedures
Produce educational sessions for operational areas regarding new
payers and policies
Oversee the payment variances team and analyze trends to maximize
revenue
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Three (3) years of experience in revenue cycle insurance follow-up
or denial management, required
Three (3) years of experience in a complex
invoice/billing/reconciliation environment, highly preferred
Extensive knowledge of managed care contract interpretation, highly
preferred
