Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Development Operations to
manage administrative processes that support the fundraising
cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare donor prospect briefs and summary reports for the
fundraising team
Maintain and manage data in the Salesforce donor database
Lead prospect portfolio review meetings and oversee reporting
systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred in library and information studies or
nonprofit management
3 - 5 years of operations experience in a not-for-profit
environment
Experience using Salesforce and research tools such as iWave and
Foundation Directory
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment
Strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence
