Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Manager (Equity
Management).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure outstanding service delivery to an assigned book of
clients
Interact directly with clients to manage equity plan administration
and maintain data integrity
Serve as an escalation point for team members and interface with
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
B.S. or B.A. in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting,
Finance, or related studies
5+ years of customer service experience with corporate clients
Proven knowledge of stock options, employee stock purchase plans,
and ASC 718
CEP Certification preferred or willingness to pursue
Experience with equity plans in private and public companies
preferred
